The research team toured our clinical areas, operating rooms, and supporting departments, conducting a detailed assessment of our overall hardware infrastructure, clinical workflows, and applications of specialized techniques. As the only private aesthetic medical institution in Zhangzhou with a complete surgical setup, we feature an independent anesthesia department and a cosmetic TCM clinic. Our standardized clinical diagnostic and treatment system is led by Dean Letong Cheng and his team, which brings years of hands-on clinical experience. This expertise in standardized clinical operations and practical training for aesthetic medicine roles has drawn significant attention from the research team.
During the symposium, representatives from both the enterprise and the university conducted in-depth discussions on key topics including industry talent status, competency standards for estheticians and medical aesthetic consultants, curriculum system development, dual-qualified faculty collaboration, practical training base implementation, student internship and employment pathways, and long-term industry-education integration mechanisms. The university aims to leverage the organization's real-world clinical settings to bridge theoretical instruction with industry practice, exploring a "medicine + aesthetics + technology" integrated talent development pathway for the medical aesthetics sector.
